We ship to addresses across the USA. Available shipping methods and timing appear at checkout once you enter a delivery address.

Most orders leave our St. Louis location within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time depends on your ZIP code and the shipping method you choose.

If the order has not been packed yet, call or email us and we will update or cancel it when we can. Once an order ships, use the return process instead.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for steps, exceptions, and how refunds are handled.
